Booth donations
Booth reservations for K-Dub Hacks are offered as donations ranging from $150 to $300. One hundred percent of every donation is directed to the event budget — covering venue costs, catering and hospitality for the hackathon weekend — so exhibitor support goes directly toward delivering the event for participating students and builders.
Donation tiers are $150, $200 and $300. The hall layout can be reconfigured for your event — ask us about custom floor plans and multi-booth arrangements.

What is the minimum rental?
One booth for one event day. Multi-day and multi-booth packages are available at a discount.
Can I get a custom floor plan?
Yes. The 115 ft x 55 ft floor can be reconfigured — we can adjust booth sizes, aisles and islands for your event.
When do I pick my booth?
When you purchase. Pick any available booth in the 3D viewer and it is yours immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before the event, 50% up to 14 days before.
Do you provide signage?
Standard booth ID signage is included. Custom signage can be arranged for an additional fee.
Is there parking?
Yes — campus parking is available on site at 2240 University Ave E.
